Umair Hassan Qureshi, ESQ, is an experienced immigration attorney and a proud member of both the State Bar of Georgia and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). I hold the unique distinction of being a foreign-trained attorney from Pakistan and a first-generation immigrant. I have been practicing law since 2012 and am a licensed attorney in Pakistan, where I am also a member of the Islamabad District Bar. With extensive experience in general practice in Pakistan, I pursued a Master’s in International Commercial Law from the University of Bedfordshire, England, in 2015. Having personally navigated the challenges that immigrants face in foreign countries, I am deeply committed to using my education, skills, and expertise to help other immigrants turn their dreams into reality.
